The week 2 box is greens, greens and more greens! Many of these I've never cooked before, so I'll be looking up recipes. I'm going to a party on Saturday and am supposed to bring booze. I might have to bring greens, because I doubt I'll be able to eat this all myself!
I think I've identified everything. We've got:
Spinach, collards (I think) and lettuce...
Ruby chard and more kale (might have to give kale chips a try)...
and baby turnips (I think), more garlic scapes, and arugula (I think...it smells peppery).
My new salad spinner will be getting a workout!
oh yesssssssss....greens are good!! And hard to divvy....Jeff had Kale chips at a friend's and LOVED them!
